Gaïo is the Saint-Tropez night in three acts: Nikkei dinner, cabaret show, then club until 5 a.m. One address for the whole evening — the most theatrical format in town, where the room flips from dinner tables to dancefloor without anyone leaving.

When to go
Open nightly from July 1 to August 31. The real experience starts at dinner: book early in the evening and stay for the flip. Guest nights in the programme above are the busiest.
