Intellectual property & database protection

Nuits de Tropez is an editorial guide to the parties, clubs and lineups of the French Riviera. The selection of venues and the collection, verification and presentation of their programmes constitute a database resulting from a substantial investment by its producer.

As such, this database is protected by the sui generis database producer's right (articles L341-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code, transposing directive 96/9/EC). Without the publisher's prior written consent, the following are prohibited:

• extraction, by permanent or temporary transfer, of all or a qualitatively or quantitatively substantial part of the contents;
• re-utilisation, by making available to the public, of all or a substantial part of those contents;
• repeated and systematic extraction or re-utilisation of non-substantial parts, where it manifestly exceeds normal conditions of use.

The site's illustrations are original works generated for Nuits de Tropez; venue names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are cited for information only.

Terms of use — automated extraction

Accessing the site constitutes acceptance of these terms. Without the publisher's prior written consent, it is prohibited to:

• use any robot, scraper, crawler or other automated means to extract, copy, index or build a dataset from the contents;
• reproduce, republish or exploit the contents for commercial purposes, including within a competing service, database or model;
• circumvent technical protection measures (rate limiting, robots.txtrules, application firewall).
