Nuits de Tropez is an editorial guide you browse without an account, sign-up or form. The site sets no cookies, which is why there is no consent banner. The data processed is limited to what follows.
Analytics
The site uses Umami (Umami Software, "Umami Cloud"), a cookieless analytics tool. Each visit is recorded as a session, identified by a hash derived from your IP address, your browser and the site's identifier (no cookie and nothing stored on your device): the pages viewed during the visit, referrer, country, device class, browser and operating system, plus a few site-specific events (a click on the contact address, a click on a partner link). The publisher can view a session's activity in its Umami dashboard; Umami does not track visitors across sites. This processing rests on the publisher's legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6.1.f): understanding how the site is used.
Fonts
Fonts load from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). When they load, your browser transmits your IP address to Google, as with any remote resource. Google describes that processing in its own privacy policy.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS Amplify / Amazon CloudFront). Like any host, AWS generates access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested resource) for security and operations. AWS retains these logs for as long as the hosting application exists; the publisher consults them only occasionally, in windows of at most two weeks.
Outbound links & partners
Reservation, ticketing and experience links (venues, ticketing platforms, partners) lead to third-party sites governed by their own policies. Some links carry a partner identifier that tells the destination site the visit came from Nuits de Tropez — the site transmits no personal data in the process.

If you write to contact@nuitsdetropez.com, your email address and message are used only to reply to you, then kept for as long as the exchange needs following up.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection over data concerning you. Send any request to the publisher: contact@nuitsdetropez.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French supervisory authority (cnil.fr).
